Visiting a doctor

Before you consult a specialist doctor directly, make sure your health insurance model allows for it. For example, if you participate the HMO model, you must go to an HMO centre first, or at least first consult your GP.

When you visit a practice for the first time, you will need to fill out a form with your contact details. You will also have to show your health insurance card.
