Arriving in a new country always has some hurdles connect-
ed to it. That’s why it’s a great advantage to be able to have an active exchange with people who are in a similar situation right at the beginning.

In relaxed conversations, you can discuss your international experiences and along the way find connections with new contacts. And, it often happens that, in the light of a different view of a situation, a supposedly negative experience turns into an amusing anecdote.

The Cultural Talk is led by our Cross Cultural Trainer Mónica Reppas-Schmid.

Mrs Reppas-Schmid is the international Swiss par excellence: She spent her child-
hood in South America, later studying and working in the United States and Europe. Today, she lives in the Zurich area with her husband and three children.

The Cultural Talk takes place twice a year and is held in English.
